Our Process
To create your own beautiful living space with our furniture there are a number of processes we have to undertake.

The Visit,
Usually you would visit our showroom at either Penwortham or Eccleston to see for yourself the quality of the furniture we produce. We can also arrange for you to walk around the workshop so you can see the furniture actually being made. If you like what you see and would like us to proceed we would then arrange with you an appropriate time for a design consultation which would usually take place at your home or where the furniture is to be installed.

The Design Consultation,
We would prefer to actually see where our furniture is to be installed before we start designing. This not only gives us a good idea of the space to be designed but also the style of which the house has been built in and your tastes in interior design. At this consultation we will ask you a number of questions regarding the space to be designed, what you would like in the design, how you would like it to look and finally your lifestyle and how you will want to use the finished room. We will then take some initial measurements and possibly some photos to assist us with the design.

The Design,
We will then take away the information and produce an initial design concept with a costing. Once we have the initial design, which usually takes around one week, we will contact you for the presentation.

The Presentation
The presentation usually takes place in our showroom where we will explain the design and quotation to you in detail. You will then be able to take the design and quotation home to digest it fully. We will then make contact with you in a week's time to see if you would like any alterations to the design or if you would like us to proceed with an order.

Ordering your furniture,
Once we have finalised the design we will ask for a small deposit to book a slot in the workshop & installation schedule. We will then make a final measure of the room and prepare the detailed drawings required for the workshop to manufacture your furniture. Before we manufacture anything we will discuss with you in any detail that may be required.

Manufacture,
Your furniture will then be manufactured, if you would like to see your furniture during this process we can arrange for you to visit the workshops and see your new furniture being made.

Installation;
Your furniture will be wrapped & delivered the day before we start installation. All our installers are highly skilled tradesmen who respect your home make the installation period as smooth as possible with as little disturbance as possible to your daily routines.

Completion,
Once we have completed the installation we will make a final visit to check over the installation and to make sure of your satisfaction with our furniture.
